OK, so you want the best for your Buell? Well you found it. The all new Drummer SS is custom designed from the ground up. It is internally very similar to the original Drummer except for a special rear end cap. The end cap design is so special in fact, that there is a patent pending on it! The shell of the muffler is made from seamless stainless steel tubing cold formed into its oval shape. The head pipe is DOM stainless steel tubing. The front end cap, rear end cap and front muffler mount are CNC'd from billet aircraft aluminum. All hardware is stainless steel. The rear end cap is 3D deep engraved with the Drummer Racing Products logo shown above.

Not only does it look stunning, but when combined with a K&N air filter, open air box and Buell Race ECM, it has posted one of the best Dyno charts ever for an XB12. The chart below shows 7 consecutive Dyno runs all of which show a dramatic increase over stock.

The Drummer CF

Unlike many aftermarket mufflers, power gains are achieved throughout the entire RPM range, especially at the bottom end. Although not necessary, both the XB9 and the XB12 series Buells really come alive with the addition of a K&N air filter and the Buell Race ECM to the Drummer SS. Dynamometer testing shows increased torque from top to bottom over the stock pipe as well as the Buell Race pipe. The sound the pipe makes is louder than the stock or Buell race pipes but not bad enough to get you in trouble with the law. It is a deep thumping sound and not a sharp crack like a drag pipe. The Drummer SS sounds almost identical to the original Drummer, just a bit harder hitting. Another bonus is that the addition of a Drummer SS to your bike will cut 12 1/2 pounds off of your bike's weight. The Drummer CF will take over 18 pounds off not to mention that it is a work of art!

The chin spoiler bracket is optional. Why hide a work of art? For those of you who wish to retain the chin spoiler, the brackets can be had for an additional $75. You can trade your stock muffler for the brackets even up if you want. On the XB12 series Buells, the muffler valve is no longer needed and the cable is simply disconnected at the servomotor.
